I came out of a shopping center into the parking lot in west sac ,ca A few weeks ago and black birds were all over gathered in large groups on the ground they seemed confused ,they huddled by parked cars and even tried to fly into the windows of the vehicals, they didnt even seem scared when walking up to the car ,I had to make them move to keep from running them over.Earlier in the day I thought Id seen another type of black bird in with them but it had a short bill.It was really strange to see them act like that in the parking lot they wouldnt even fly off the ground very high.Im not sure if a different species of black birds got mixed with the locals and they all got confused as I have seen the locals mix with red winged black birds here for a short time while the red wings make a pit stop here.
That was the only time i seen them act like that but something was really wrong wether a earth quake warning or new birds species anyone else have any thought so this?
