Why is America Sending there trade of bombs and equipments to Egypt and Israel.?

Are they buying Chemical and Biological Weapons too. Because it seems like Egypt, Israel, Iran and Syria is going to have a war with against each other.
Does North Korea still possess Weapons of Mass Destruction or did they destroy all of it.
Is Sars and Bird Flu the same type of Disease.
Can these disease be used as a biological Weapons. If they can be used as a biological weapons then we are in danger in the future.

I don't know where to start ! you're all over the ball park with your questions ! What are you on ?
The US has been supplying Israel with weapons since 1948, so this isn't anything new. The US has been supplying Egypt with arms ever since it signed a non-aggression pact with Israel, but to a lesser degree. This agreement was signed, I believe, in 1980.
Other moderate Gulf States are also ratcheting up to defend against Iran. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Jordan, to name a few, are equally concerned about the actions of Iran and Syria.
I believe that Iran will be in some pretty deep dodo, if it continues it's nuclear policy, and it's quite possible the US won't have to raise a finger, except to keep an eye on Russia, the wild card in this whole scenario !
