Is it true that a bird won’t develop more eggs if she’s already sitting on some?
Posted on May 4th, 2009 No commentsI have a bird that laid about 4 eggs, but they are infertile because there's no mate. She has been sitting on them for about 1 month now. Is it true that if she continues to sit them she won't develop more eggs, unless they are removed from under her? I hope it's true because I'm afraid of her getting an egg bound. The less eggs the better.
